Robert J. Poulson
Robert J. Poulson is a University of Florida graduate and earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1970. He has received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, which represents their highest standard for legal ability and ethical standards. He has also been recognized by Lawyers of Distinction for excellence in asset recovery and corporate liquidations.

Jill Ann Poulson
Jill Ann Poulson did her undergraduate work at Colgate University, where she was a scholastic All-American in field hockey, and earned her law degree from Columbia University in 2001. She is a transactional lawyer with heavy experience in mergers and acquisitions, representing clients ranging from start-ups to major domestic and international corporations.

From Wall Street to Cooperstown.
Mr. Poulson and his wife, Peggy, raised their five children in New York City and their principal residence is now in Cooperstown, New York, where Mr. Poulson also maintains a law office.
Robert J. Poulson and his daughter Jill Ann Poulson joined as partners in Poulson Law Offices with their office in Cooperstown, New York, where they both presently reside. Robert refers to the Cooperstown office as their "world headquarters."
What began as a Wall Street commercial litigation career spanning five decades has become a multi-generational practice — father and daughter bringing complementary strengths to every matter the firm handles.
