About Jill Ann Poulson

Jill Ann did her undergraduate work at Colgate University, where she was a scholastic All-American in field hockey and earned her law degree from Columbia University in 2001. She is a transactional lawyer with heavy experience in mergers and acquisitions, representing clients ranging from start-ups to major domestic and international corporations in a variety of industries, including financial services, media and entertainment, hospitality, and technology. Jill Ann has been practicing law in New York City for the better part of two decades and recently expanded her practice to upstate New York, where she advises individuals, corporations and other legal entities on a variety of real estate, business and commercial matters and asset recovery.
